Last month we, Hubs + Char + I, took a little business trip up to Portland and made a touristy time of it. Portland is a saucy mix of hipster, foodie, and homeless. Also lots of pot. And it strangely felt a little bit like home with the overcast and scattered showers. Just like good ol’ Seattle. I love food but I really love good food so we ate our way through Portland and I bought a fedora and considered getting a nose ring.
But seriously, THE FOOD.
We are already thinking about going back and just for the soul purpose of creating a “Great Places to Eat in Portland” blog post. It’s all for the name of good blog content, of course. Everywhere we ate was good. From the hotel breakfast to the iconic doughnuts on every corner. Heart-eyes emoji for the food.
This little flower shop, Anna Mara flowers, I snapped some pictures of was one of my favorite Portland finds. It was on the back loading doc of a very cool furniture store and if it were any more quaint Diane Keaton would be running the place. Anyways the fall Oregon flowers showing is really dreamy and it made me want to marry Clint all over again so that I could have more wedding arrangements.
