This time of year is so festive and fun that I can hardly contain myself as we pass the Christmas dishes at Target. I let out a little giggle of happiness when I see chunky scarves styled with flannel on Pinterest because it means that it is cool enough to wear scarves! It’s the little things, you guys, that make me so freaking excited for the holidays.
When Courtney over at Cents of Style enlisted my help and asked me to create a styled holiday feast for their fall/winter photo shoot I was more than willing to put on my stylist hat and party party party! I set the table in golds and silvers with greenery for winter and orange berries for fall to create a styled holiday feast. I topped off each look with mouth-watering desserts from The Blonde Who Bakes and the fall macaroons, folks, were the best macaroons I have ever tasted. I am ordering another few dozen for a Christmas party because they are so good. One of my closest friends, Melissa of Calligraphy.org, created custom place cards that are so lovely I am considering framing mine.
The table and the food were so fun to style, but the clothes that Cents of Style has for the holidays are SO good. My favorite items were these boots, these earrings, and this skirt. Also, I’m wearing this necklace and this necklace. And just in time for the holidays you have to check out these gold gift bow earrings. I. Die. (all the heart-eye emojis).
I partnered with Tai Pan Trading for all of the styled holiday feast decoration and they are the mecca of holiday entertaining! Go now. They are amazing.
